Hmmm! I must say this was the best salad I have ever made. The simple things in life are the best. This is a baby arugula salad with slices of green grapes. I dressed the salad with a simple homemade dressing. Take half a lemon, squeeze, match the amount of lemon juice with extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and pour over salad. The sweetness of the grapes cuts the peppery taste of the greens perfectly. What a nice ending to a long day :)(Time: 3 minutes to make)
